Nthabeleng Zulu and Michael Welp met in September of 1990, six months after Nelson Mandela’s release, to co-instruct interracial team building at Outward Bound Lesotho for South African companies. For Michael, this pioneering work in South Africa inspired the co-founding of WMFDP and a lifelong commitment to working with white men.
